(I can't use chopsticks. I don't go to sushi restaurants because of it and always ask for a fork in other eateries. When we were in an international restaurant in Beijing, I didn't get a fork, they simply didn't understand what I needed.
Sasha teased me (he thinks he has to tease me thoroughly and I'll do what I should) and told me to learn to eat with chopsticks. I don' want to learn, I want to gorge!
Today he lured me into a sushi place. I bravely knotted my fingers and ate with chopsticks. I didn't even drop anything or got dirty :) Funny experience.)

I don't go to the sushi restaurants because of it and always ask for a fork in the other eateries.

You're talking about restaurants in general, not about concrete or already mentioned restaurants, so the article isn't needed.

When we were in an international restaurant in Beijing, I didn't get a fork, they simply didn't understand what I needED.

Today he decoyed lured me to into the a sushi place.

Not too bad.

Decoy is rarely used as a verb. Further, it's usually associated with some kind of bait, deception and danger. Lure is better here.

Since you're introducing a new thing (the sushi place), you have to use the indefinite article 'a'.

Even I didn't even drop anything or got dirty :)

I'd rather keep 'I'. It's a little awkward without it here.

Words like 'even', 'always', 'never', etc are normally put between the auxiliary/help verb (a form of 'to be' or 'to have' that's used to make various tenses) and the main verb. We say things like 'I have never been there' and 'I have always loved her/him'. Remember the position of these words. They're kind of "inside" the verb.

Had It was a funny experience. OR just Funny experience.

it took me like 2 years to master my using chopsticks skills, but once I learned, I learned! Now I can eat everything with chopsticks including salads, Chinese noodles and rice!

Sure, you can answer in English, it's even better.
I can't say that I learned, but yesterday I ate rice with chopsticks! :)
The most difficult things for me was to eat sashimi.

I love eating with chopsticks. I think I learned how to use them in Vladivostok. What i did was to start using chopsticks every day in my life at home, when i eat potatoes, buckweed, rice, etc. I remember I read somewhere that if you eat with chopsticks you eat less, because it usually takes longer to finish the same meal using chopsticks than using fork or spoon. You take less amount of food every time, you chew longer, that is why dietologists recommend it. I think it is true until you get used to it. </p>

Btw, how do you like sushi? Are you a sushi-lover now or not so much?

I'm a sushi-lover, but Sasha loves it more. He can eat it at least twice a week. It's too mush for me, one time in two weeks is enough
I'm gonna start to learn how to use chopsticks properly, because of the reason that you meant.

I have a friend who always asks for a fork here in sushi places in Vancouver and she could not care less.

Katia - dont pay so much attention to what other people think - it is not THAT important! Though eating using chopsticks is great, I love it, I cannot eat sushi using fork or hands because they do not taste the same to me. Learn it just because its a new experience, and its great, but not because someone can look at you or "think smth about you". Wrong motivation!

PS: Learned smth new today - word "lure". I have never heard it from anyone else before, local people probably use some other word, but I cannot think of it right now.

PSS: Couldnt help adding this - just heard the "right" word that they use here in cases like that: "dragged". Would be "He dragged me into ..."
